Pokémon Cafe Tokyo vs Osaka: Location, Hours, Seats and Rules on the Day

• Location: Nihonbashi Takashimaya S.C. East Building, 5th floor, 2-11-2 Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
• Hours: 10:30–21:00. The last reservation slot is 19:30 and last orders are at 20:30.
• Seat types: A seats 2–4 people, B seats 1–2 people, C seats 1–6 people.
• Arrival: 15 minutes before your time (10 minutes before for the first A-seat slot at 10:40).

• Location: Daimaru Shinsaibashi, Main Building, 9th floor, 1-7-1 Shinsaibashisuji, Chuo-ku, Osaka.
• Hours: 10:00–20:00. The last reservation slot is 18:00 and last orders are at 19:00.
• Seat types: A and B seats 2–6 people, C seats 1–6 people.
• Arrival: 10 minutes before your time.

Both cafes offer character-themed menus, menu items that come with a souvenir, and a short live show of about ten minutes. The simplest choice is the city that fits your itinerary. If you're travelling solo, note that Tokyo B seats and C seats at both branches accept a single guest, while Osaka A and B seats need at least two.

• If you're 10 minutes late without contacting the cafe, the reservation is cancelled automatically, including when trains are delayed.
• Your table is yours for 90 minutes from the start of the slot, with last orders 30 minutes before the end. Arriving late doesn't extend the time.
• Every guest aged 6 or over needs to order at least one menu item.
• Food can't be taken away.
• Menus are available in English, Simplified Chinese and Korean.
• Payment is by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, UnionPay; Tokyo also accepts Discover).
• The show can change, stop early or be cancelled without notice, and there are no refunds or rescheduling if it doesn't take place.

You can cancel online until 22:00 Japan time the night before, using the link in your confirmation email or the reservation check page on the official site. On the day itself, call the branch directly. Cancelling also cancels any merchandise you pre-ordered with the booking.
