Pokémon Cafe Reservation-Only Merch: What You Can Pre-Order (2026)

Some Pokémon Cafe merchandise can only be bought together with a seat reservation. Here's what's currently available, how the limits work and how pickup works on the day.

What is pre-order merch?

When you book a table on the official reservation site, you can add limited merchandise to the same booking. You pay for it when booking and collect it at the cafe on the day of your visit.

Current items and prices (October 2026)

Tokyo and Osaka offer the same items at the same prices:

PUTITTO Pokémon Collection (Pokémon Cafe edition): ¥2,200.
Rubber coasters, ¥825 each: Sprigatito, Fuecoco, Quaxly, Chef Pikachu, Waitress Pikachu, Patissier Pikachu, Eevee, Snorlax and Gengar.
Mascots, ¥1,650 each: Chef Pikachu and Waitress Pikachu.

Limits and rules

Up to 3 items per guest on the reservation. For example, a booking for 2 people can include up to 6 items.
Pre-orders can't be changed after the booking is complete.
If the reservation is cancelled, the pre-ordered merchandise is cancelled too.
Collect your items at the cafe on the day of your visit.

Can you buy merch without a reservation?

Yes. You can visit the cafe's shop just to buy merchandise, without a seat reservation. Stock is limited, and you can buy up to 3 of each item (some items have lower limits). Reservation-only items, however, are only available with a booking.

Adding merch when Navi books for you

If you book through Navi, you can add the same pre-order items at checkout. They're priced at a fixed rate that includes a purchasing fee, and you're only charged for them if they're successfully bought with your reservation.
